Use DNS validation. If you have been consistently unable to issue certificates, it is recommended to use another platform to uniformly manage your certificates, such as Rainbow DNS (Caihong DNS). This panel does not specialize in certificate-related services, so some details are not as polished as those dedicated platforms.
