Starting from June 7, 2025, no refunds will be provided after purchasing cloud service products, but account balances can be refunded.
This modification to the refund terms is intended to prevent service products from being used for fraud and abuse.
It’s in such a terrible state, yet people keep buying it. I never would have expected that.
Some people are using this service. For example, Lao Zhang’s blog website laozhang.org uses servers from this company, and the access speed in China is still acceptable.
Last year I bought this service once. The IP address assigned by the system was blocked in mainland China, so I couldn’t connect to it. I submitted a support ticket to change to a normal IP address, but customer service replied that I needed to pay an extra fee to get an IP address that can be accessed normally in mainland China. If I didn’t want to pay, I could destroy the server myself and repurchase it. I repurchased three times, but the IP address didn’t change at all, so I just asked for a refund.
