Check the network interface in the upper right corner, switch to eth0 (or a similar interface) and check, do not select io.
This looks completely normal now. io is the loopback interface, which records the local machine’s own traffic.
Generally, you don’t need to worry about it.
Looking at the website logs with PHP, this is likely caused by something like a scanner.
