After installing the Chinese language plugin on recent versions of JB IDE, bits of translation are always missing in different places from one update to the next.
After investigation, this has been confirmed to be a bug, which can be fixed by disabling the new UI, restarting the IDE, then re-enabling the new UI.
(If the issue still persists, you can clear the IDE cache via the File menu.)
